KLPA Indoor Ladder Registration is now open through SuperSaas.
So you want to Learn2Play?
During the summer months, volunteers at the Bobcaygeon Curling Club help out new players with pickleball basics.
On Tuesday's 9-11am and Thursday's 7-9pm. The charge is $3 per session.
No prior registration - just show up and let them know you’ve never played before and they will teach you the game as you play. They have loaner paddles. Come in gym attire and bring water. See our Indoor places to play list for BCC info on the Where To Play page.
Most of the free KLPA Learn2Play sessions are held indoors from November to April. Exact details for 2024 - 25 will be available in the fall '24. Typically, every Tuesday evening from 6 - 8 pm we conduct the Learn2Play session with a maximum of 8 individuals. Individuals sign up through our Supersaas program so we do not get overbooked and our volunteer instructors can plan appropriately. Many players then go on to our Tune-up class which is held on Wednesdays 6 - 8 pm or participate in our evening Open play session. Our Open play sessions involve all skill levels and players rotate through system that helps match players to skills and play ability. This is a great way to learn the game, have fun and experience all the great social elements of the game. Be prepared to laugh and have fun!
